1. Who we are

Aller Studio ("Aller Studio", "we", "us") is a product design and development studio based in Peru. Aller Studio is the trade name of Bruno Alberto Aller Vázquez, an individual entrepreneur registered in Peru. He is the controller of your personal data.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through allerstudio.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us

• Booking a call (Cal.com): your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes you add.
• Quote assistant (chat): your name, email, location, details about your project, the services you are interested in, your budget range, timeline, and the conversation itself.
• Email or Telegram: whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly.

Data collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location (country/city). Our hosting provider collects it for security, and our analytics tool collects it in aggregate, without cookies.
• Advertising data (only if you accept): if you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel records visits and actions on the Site, such as opening the quote assistant. We use this to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• Preferences stored on your device: your language choice and whether interface sounds are on or off, if you allow "Preferences" (see section 8).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, and we do not collect sensitive categories of data. Please don't include any in your messages.

3. Why we use your data (and our legal basis)

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects. The quote assistant gives an indicative estimate only. A person at Aller Studio reviews every enquiry.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Cal.com (call scheduling)
• Render and GitHub Pages (hosting of the quote assistant)
• Anthropic (AI model that writes short replies in the quote assistant; it receives the answer you type, not your contact details)
• Make (automation that delivers enquiries to our inbox and tools)
• GoDaddy (email)
• Vercel Analytics (cookieless website analytics)
• Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel, only if you accept advertising cookies)
• Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) and authorities, when legally required

These providers may process data outside Peru, including in the United States and the European Union. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (such as standard contractual clauses) and on the conditions set by applicable law.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't turn into a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client data: for the duration of the project and as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 10 years in Peru).
• Technical logs: generally no longer than 12 months.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• restrict or object to how we use it
• receive a copy in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect anything done before)

If you are in Peru, these are your ARCO rights under Law No. 29733. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, the GDPR / UK GDPR also applies.

To exercise them, write to hello@allerstudio.com. We will reply within the time limits set by law. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority:

• In Peru: the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales.
• In the EU/EEA: the authority in your country.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and providers with recognised security standards. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep risks low and to act quickly if something happens.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses a small number of technologies to work properly:

Our analytics (Vercel Analytics) doesn't use cookies or track you across sites. Essential technologies don't require your consent. Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's cookies. The full details are in our Cookie Policy.

9. Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party sites (Clutch, Telegram, social networks). Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top and, if the changes are significant, let you know on the Site.
