Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of allerstudio.com (the "Site"). Aller Studio ("Aller Studio", "we", "us") is the trade name of Bruno Alberto Aller Vázquez, an individual entrepreneur registered in Peru (RUC 10731509749), with address at Av. Costanera 2365, La Perla, Callao, Peru. By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What the Site is for

The Site presents Aller Studio's services, work and ideas, and lets you contact us, book a call or request an indicative quote. It is not a store, and nothing on it is a binding offer.

2. Quotes, estimates and the quote assistant

• The quote assistant and any prices shown on the Site (plans, "from" prices, estimates) are indicative only. They are based on the information you provide.
• A project only starts once both parties sign a written proposal or agreement. That document sets the scope, price, timeline and terms, and prevails over anything on the Site.
• The assistant uses artificial intelligence to write short replies. It can make mistakes, and its replies are not professional advice or commitments.

3. Your responsibilities

When using the Site you agree to:

• give accurate information when you contact us
• not send content that is unlawful, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights
• not try to disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Site, the quote assistant or the services behind them
• not use the Site to send spam or automated requests

We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site belongs to Aller Studio or is used with permission from its owners. This includes texts, designs, graphics, animations, 3D work, code, logos and the ALLER name. Client names, logos and project images are shown as portfolio work, with the clients' permission, and remain their property.

You may view and share pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse its content or designs without our written permission.

5. Case studies and reviews

Case studies describe real projects as accurately as we can. Results depend on each client and project, and are not a guarantee of future results. Reviews are shared by our clients or published on third-party platforms such as Clutch.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site uses or links to third-party services, such as Cal.com, Telegram, Clutch and social networks. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will always be online, error-free or up to date. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is". Aller Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the Site's content or the quote assistant's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Callao, Peru, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
