Leonardo MedinaCEO & Founder | Solviac AIAllerStudio exceeded our expectations, transforming Agriculture 4.0 complexity into an intuitive experience. Their focus on information architecture and agile execution optimized our full-stack development. I highly recommend their strategic vision for any technology-driven product or innovation-focused project.

About the project
From an early-stage AgTech idea to a connected agricultural intelligence platform.
Solviac is an AgTech platform designed to help agricultural professionals make better decisions through continuous, real-time field data.
Starting from an early-stage startup previously called AgroInnova, Aller Studio worked across brand strategy, naming, identity, UX/UI, product design and development to transform the idea into a cohesive digital ecosystem connecting agricultural data, sensors and AI-powered insights.
This case study explains how we got there.

The challenge
Agriculture doesn't lack data. It lacks a better way to use it.
Agricultural operations already generate enormous amounts of information. Sensors collect environmental and soil data, teams manage tasks, agronomists monitor fields and companies track resources.
But much of this information remains fragmented across spreadsheets, WhatsApp conversations, isolated tools and disconnected systems.
The original vision for Solviac was B2C. But as we conducted interviews and went through an accelerator program, we discovered a stronger opportunity:
the real value was not simply giving farmers more technology — it was giving agricultural professionals a better way to manage and act on their data.
This led us to rethink the target market and reposition Solviac around a B2B2C model, focused on cooperatives, agricultural companies and independent agronomists.

The problem
Turning scattered agricultural data into decisions.
The core problem wasn't a lack of information.
It was the gap between having data and knowing what to do with it.
Agronomists were often making decisions based on experience, assumptions or fragmented information. At the same time, agricultural technology could feel overly complex and difficult to understand.
Solviac needed to bridge that gap.
Instead of creating another specialized agricultural tool, we envisioned a platform that could bring together the most valuable parts of the agricultural technology ecosystem:
Monitor → Understand → Act → Report
Real-time sensor data and historical information live alongside field status, alerts, recommendations, tasks, resources and reports — giving the agronomist a continuous view of what is happening across their operation.
The goal was simple:
Give the agronomist the information they need, when they need it, so they can spend less time monitoring data and more time making decisions.
Our approach
One ecosystem. One continuous view of the field.
We repositioned Solviac from a B2C concept to a B2B2C platform for cooperatives, agricultural companies and independent agronomists.
We built the brand around The Expert Ally — combining technical knowledge with a practical understanding of the field.
The identity and product were designed around one idea:
Technology should make agricultural decisions simpler, not more complicated.
